    Vacuum bag.

    Products are packaged in vacuum bag. Each carton has a code that refers to a production date.

     

     

    3) Using                                                               

     

    Mix yeast with flour with ratio of 0.8%-1%, then add warm water (about 30℃) and stir it, then make bread when dough fermented fully. 10 minutes later put bread into oven.

    Low sugar instant active dry yeast applies to the dough with sugar content less then 7%, can’t be used in the high permeation pressure condition.

     


     

    4) Storing                                                            

     

    Product should be kept in cool, dry, ventilated place, the shelf life is two years. Once opened, the shelf life is limited and storage in the refrigerator is necessary. The expiration date is mentioned on the package.
